Dear wonderers,
What feels good for you today?
I’ve been exploring this question, daily, for a week or so now, as part of a somatic therapy program (RO only) — and wanted to share it with you, too, as a metaphoric extension of our monthly explorations.
But, instead of keeping it to our sensations, let’s explore what feels good beyond: an active meditation of our body, mind, spirit, and their interconnectedness.

This Call me by fire performance is a testament to music and acting’s power of transgressing language barriers. Give it a try and have the patience to watch till the end, I promise you won’t regret it:

A real feast for (y)our senses, we have a fresh Chef’s Table special on noodles. Evan Funke is not from this world, that’s all I’m saying. Plus, you can also watch him compete with David Chang in this Dinner time live episode:

Another crazy recommendation that will keep your eyes, ears, and hearts in overdrive? Say no more! This shounen anime promises to be not only the title of the season, but the perfect mix of absurd, abject, comedic, and emphatic — think action meets romcom meets Junji Ito:

Although I’ve just started reading it, I know I can wholeheartedly recommend this title that
gifted me: Plato Not Prozac! Applying eternal wisdom to everyday problems.Lou Marinoff offers us a way to translate philosophical principles into actionable steps in our day-to-day circumstances, for more harmony mind-body-spirit:
“I seemed to be the only one who noticed, the only one who was concerned that doing the right thing for the wrong reason doesn’t make you a person of integrity.”
2.
What stage of development are you in and how does that feel?
According to Erik Erikson, I’m somewhere between “fear of ego loss” and “the need to feel needed”:
Erikson terms the animating achievement of this life-stage generativity, which he defines as “the concern in establishing and guiding the next generation,” noting that it is “meant to include such more popular synonyms as productivity and creativity, which, however, cannot replace it.”

It’s pumpkin season and I’ve uncovered a pumpkin soup recipe like no other. Or so they say! I shall try it this week ;)
How about structuring your day in 3/3/3. The Imperfectionist explains. I have to say that since I’ve started keeping my professional to-do list to one main item and 2-3 secondary items, I’ve become way more efficient & satisfied.
Let’s keep on feeling! What do you want to share with me today? 🧐👇
